Whole Foods usually has turkey legs in the meat case. If not, they often will cut one up for me. You can definitely roast a whole chicken! I do this about once a week - it's soooooo easy and comes out delish every time. See my recipe, Perfect Roast Chicken and Vegetables in the Clay Pot: http://www.antonnutrition.com/2009/07/perfect-roast-chicken-and-vegetables-in-the-clay-pot.html

This looks really delicious, I'd like to make it but wonder if I can use a whole chicken instead, or chicken parts... really it's a logistics question... where do you get just a turkey leg? I'm not really up for butchering... and even if I were then I'd have the rest of the turkey to deal with...?
